1. Service Overview
Door County Mobile Welding LLC provides on-site welding, fabrication, and repair services for residential, commercial, agricultural, and industrial customers. All work is performed based on the information provided by the customer and the conditions of the job site at the time of service.
2. Mobile Service Requirements
Customers must ensure:

Safe and clear access to the work area.

Equipment, materials, and work surfaces are clean and ready for welding.

Animals, machinery, and bystanders are kept away from the work area for safety.

Adequate lighting and power (if needed) are available unless otherwise arranged.
Door County Mobile Welding LLC reserves the right to refuse service if the work area is unsafe or inaccessible.
3. Pricing & Payment

All rates will be clearly communicated before work begins.

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods include cash, check, or electronic methods (if offered).

Consumable fees, after-hours rates, or additional materials will be included in the final invoice when applicable.
4. Estimates & Quotes
Estimates are based on the information provided by the customer and may change if additional work, materials, or time is required. Any changes will be communicated before continuing.
5. Warranty & Workmanship
All welding work is performed to professional standards. However:

Door County Mobile Welding LLC is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, or structural issues outside of the welded area.

Modifications made by the customer or third parties void any warranty.

Repairs on equipment or structures that are already severely worn, rusted, or compromised may not fully restore original strength.
6. Customer Responsibility After Repairs
Once the repair is completed:

The customer assumes full responsibility for proper use, inspection, and maintenance of the repaired equipment or structure.

Door County Mobile Welding LLC is not liable for injuries, damages, or failures due to improper use, overloading, accidents, or environmental conditions.
7. Liability Limitations
Door County Mobile Welding LLC is not liable for:

Loss of income, downtime, or indirect damages.

Equipment failure unrelated to the weld or repair performed.

Pre-existing defects, rust, cracks, or unsafe conditions discovered during service.
Customer agrees to hold the company harmless from any claims resulting from use or misuse of repaired items.
8. Cancellations & Scheduling
Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Emergency or after-hours services are subject to availability and additional charges.
9. Photographs & Documentation
Before and after photos may be taken for documentation, safety records, or proof of work. Customer information will not be publicly shared without permission.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By scheduling service, receiving a quote, or allowing work to begin, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
